Maximum the Hormone (マキシマムザホルモン) is a Japanese rock band that started out in 1998. Their genre falls around metal and hardcore punk . They were popularize by their song Koi no Mega Lover. Their songs were also used as theme songs for various anime such as Death Note and Akagi.
