I voted for Shari. (Technically, I could’ve voted for myself.)
But the guy that won “Market Manila”… very deserving. I found a super ensaimada recipe there once… (after so many failed attempts at trying to recreate the ensaimada of my childhood memories). I followed his recipe… tweaked it a little bit with my sister’s input… and voila… tasted damn fine. Buttery, flakey and airy.
