Everyday, when we wake up,
It’s always a bright new morning.
The light from the brilliant sun
Blinds us with its purity.
The wind that we first inhale
Is full of gentleness, full of freshness.
As those branches from the tree
Dances with the tune from the leaves
As if they listen to our hearts
And sing us a heavenly song.
Everyday we walk these streets
Tainted by crimes since time can remember.
Everyday we pass by different types of people
Whose hearts are filled with troubles and pains within them.
Everyday we struggle to live this life
Even though we knew not where we are headed.
Everyday we take this road
Even though we knew from the start
That no matter which path we chose
It will always be to be painful to take.
Everyday we realize we are humans
And everyday we realize how sinful we are.
But once in a while,
Whenever the rain falls,
It’s as if it cries for our pains.
It’s as if it rids this world of sins.
It’s as if all those troubles are washed away.
It’s as if our souls are clean again.

everyday is our lives, sure… it’s kinda routinary [spelling? grammar?] (like the harvest moon game lol) but we can do nothing but to live with it…

I usually have that thing that I write whatever I am thinking and/or feeling. Maybe the reason why you feel down is because you felt my heart into those lines. ๐

I think I got your point there. That whatever we do, we can’t escape that everyday routine. It’s as if we are all like dolls living in a doll house, without a care of other people.
